Keirah Palmer is the Director, Property Management at Coro Realty. Joining the Atlanta based team in 2018, she is an accomplished Manager offering 20 years of professional experience.

With more than twelve years of Property Management experience, Keirah has managed a wide range of office, commercial and mixed used properties. She has strong administrative skills and excels in building tenant relationships.  Currently, she manages daily operations for 900,000+ square feet of retail, including financial reporting, vendor management, tenant relations and
on-site property maintenance.

Prior to obtaining her current position, Keirah was a Senior Property Manager with the company. Some of her expertise was gained while working on the 300-acre mixed-use National Harbor Project in National Harbor, Maryland.

Keirah is a current member of CREW Atlanta where she volunteers for the Communications and Career Teams. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for her local youth football program and spending time with her husband Bernard and three sons Bernard Jr., Brandon and Braxton.

Mr. Holland is responsible for the operations of assigned portfolio properties, strategic repositioning of assets, acquisition of new property assets, ground up development projects, and investor relations. Mr. Holland oversees the day-to-day and future IT needs of Coro Realty and leads CORO Cares, Coro’s community outreach program.

An employee of Coro since 2007, Mr. Holland has over 18 years of real estate experience in sectors such as retail, industrial, self-storage, medical office, and low-income housing.

Mr. Holland holds a B.B.A in Finance from Kennesaw State University.

Mr. Ludwig has over 35 years of experience in the building industry that has spanned architectural practice, general contracting, real estate development and project management. As a Registered Architect and Certified Construction Manager, Mr. Ludwig is uniquely qualified to direct and manage professionals in all types of commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects. He is experienced in working with clients, project teams and industry professionals to develop a win-win team approach to any kind of commercial construction project and in organizing projects for success. Mr. Ludwig received both a B.S. and Master’s in Architecture from Georgia Tech.

Trina Joseph is a Managing Partner at Coro Realty.  She started with Coro Realty Advisors in October of 2015 as Senior Regional Property Manager.  She was promoted to Vice President of Asset Management in 2019.  In 2022, Mrs. Joseph became Coro Realty’s first African American female partner.

Prior to Coro Realty, Mrs. Joseph had several years of experience in property management at publicly and privately held organizations.  Her love for real estate and property management started with LaSalle Partners (predecessor to JLL).  Mrs. Joseph earned her Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Information Systems from Loyola University New Orleans.  She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Midtown Alliance.  She serves as the 2022 President-Elect and 2023 President of CREW Atlanta.

Dana Newby joined Coro Realty in 2015 as a Leasing Agent. She was promoted to Senior Leasing Agent in 2018 and Director of Leasing in 2022. She is responsible for developing and executing retail merchandising strategies in accordance with partners’ and investors’ expectations for a portfolio of about 1.5 million square feet. Newby earned her Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Mr. Cross represents corporate clients who are seeking retail sites and assists Coro in site selection for its properties. Mr. Cross has over 35 years’ experience in leasing and retail, land and building acquisition and disposition for numerous users and developers, as well as retail investments sales. Prior to joining Coro, Mr. Cross served as Senior Vice President with the Atlanta offices of Grubb & Ellis, Staubach Retail Services and Carter and Associates. A graduate of the University of Tennessee in 1983, Mr. Cross is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Atlanta Board of Realtors.

Mr. Fransen serves as Coro’s President. In this capacity, he is responsible for Coro's acquisitions, dispositions and financing activities, as well as overseeing its strategy and investment management. From 2010 to 2017, Mr. Fransen served as Coro’s Chief Investment Officer.

Prior to joining Coro in 2010, Mr. Fransen was President, North American Operations of the Slokker Group, headquartered in Washington, DC. There he oversaw commercial, residential and specialty properties in 13 U.S states and Canadian provinces.

Mr. Fransen previously served as legal counsel at Baker Botts LLP and Battle Fowler LLP. Mr. Fransen received a B.A. from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Fransen is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Midtown Alliance, a director of the Buckhead Coalition, and board member of Central Atlanta Progress.

Mr. Lundeen has over 40 years experience in real estate.  In 1997, Mr. Lundeen, along with Joachim Herz, founded Coro Realty Advisors, LLC.  Mr. Lundeen served as its President and Managing Partner from 1997 to 2017. From 1975 to 1997, Mr. Lundeen was employed by Branch Properties, L.P. ultimately rising to Executive Vice President and General Partner. Mr. Lundeen received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from George State University. He is an active member in International Council of Shopping Centers, Commercial Board of Realtors, holds a Georgia Brokers License and has been designated a Counselor of Real Estate by the National Board of Realtors.
