Mr. Rogers joined Coro in 2022 as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for the operations of assigned portfolio properties, strategic repositioning of existing assets, managing new acquisition and development projects, and investor relations. Prior to Coro, Mr. Rogers worked as project executive and head of capital markets for a residential real estate development firm. Mr. Rogers received a B.S. from Georgia Tech, and an M.B.A. from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. He is an active member of Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Grozine joined Coro in 2022 as Vice President of Asset Management. Mr. Grozine received a B.A. in Economics from The University of Georgia, and an M.B.A. from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

Sam Wilmoth is a Managing Partner with Coro Realty. His responsibilities include investments, asset management, and company operations. He is a member of Coro’s Investment and Executive Committees. Mr. Wilmoth also serves as a legal resource for Coro and its operations and manages relationships with outside legal counsel. Prior to joining Coro, Mr. Wilmoth practiced in the commercial real estate development group at the law firm of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. Mr. Wilmoth received a B.A. in European History from Washington & Lee University, and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Georgia Law Review.

Mr. Buchhierl, a German citizen and resident, joined Coro as Partner on January 1st, 2018. He started his US real estate business in 1992 as a consultant for a German family office, Bavin Group. Mr. Buchhierl is responsible for the general oversight and execution of investment strategies. As an industry veteran, Mr. Buchhierl is experienced in working closely with partners and on-site management teams. He has overseen and conducted US investment transactions of approximately $500 million in total and is currently serving on several real estate advisory boards. Mr. Buchhierl is a graduate of the Savings Bank Business School of the state of Bavaria, where he earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance and Economy.

Mr. Burton is responsible for the accounting operations at Coro, which includes for-profit and non-profit portfolio and corporate accounting. He oversees a department of 10 accounting professionals, coordinates company audits and tax returns, provides cash analysis and forecasting schedules, prepares the financial portion of Coro’s business plan, and provides much of the historical and forecasted financial analysis for the company. An employee of Coro since 2007, Mr. Burton has over 30 years of accounting experience in both the real estate and service industries. Mr. Burton holds a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance and Insurance from Appalachian State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs.
